2nd Chance Investments can manage investors support or invest directly in companies based in Portugal.

• Equity from 15 to 250 K € (Small and Medium Projects);
• Equity ≥ 250 K € (Major Projects);
• The intervention can last 5 to 7 years, depending on what is required to complete the project;
• All types of investments can be executed and are chosen in order to meet projects requirements: capital, issuing bonds to be converted into shares, associated checking accounts…
• Each file is properly prepared and sent with strict confidentiality for a preliminary Selection Committee, before being submitted to an Investment Committee;
• Investment decisions are based on:
• The quality of the projects presented, as well as the corporate commitment of each candidate;
• The ability of each project to create value and its contribution to regional development;
• 2ND CHANCE INVESTMENTS can operate in diferent ways, the intervention may occur without warranties from either company managers or from the company itself, as well as representing minority participation without any influence on decision processes.

The relationship between 2ND CHANCE INVESTMENTS and its partners is based on a full transparency policy and in accordance with the shareholders agreement.
